Deviation Actions
So recently I sort-of rediscovered/re-fell in love with deviantART. After being gone for so long on other endeavors like Tumblr and new games on top of an (almost unhealthy) amount of schoolwork, I didn't really have time or inspiration to keep up with deviantART. However, now that I'm back I'm (re)realizing just how much I love dA. The community here is so unique and the creativity and ability of all of you amazing artists really is astounding. Of course, you probably already know that, so I'll move on to the main point of this journal.
Upcoming projects/submissions. I have quite a few ideas running around in my head and this is really just me figuring them all out (and writing them down so I don't forget anything).

Journals
To conclude, I want to note the changes to my profile. The main page I am happy with for now so it will remain mostly the same. I've cleaned up my gallery, but I'm still going through my favorites (mostly removing deleted/stored deviations). I also have to activate some prints (edit: done!). For the most part, my account is up and running as it should be.
That's the end of this journal, then. Kudos to you, if you read all this. Have a good week!
2018 Update
Woa, it's 2018! Time sure does move fast. It's been awhile since I've posted, but I have been working on a lot of projects since I was last here on deviantART, and I want to upload some of it soon!
The biggest thing I'm trying to figure out is how people manage all these social media and art accounts these days. With deviantART changing the way it privatizes the things we post and other websites like Tumblr and Patreon providing new and different opportunities, it can be challenging to decide what to upload where and when and how to keep it all organized. And with more mobile-friendly social media like Twitter and Instagram providing the oppo
DeviantArtist Questionnaire
1. How long have you been on DeviantArt?
Ooh, it's been awhile. What is it, six years now?
2. What does your username mean?
It's a strange combination of my name (Meg), and mage. It doesn't really have any other special meaning or significance to me, I just thought it sounded cool.
3. Describe yourself in three words.
Geek, procrastinator, clever.
4. Are you left or right handed?
I am right handed.
5. What was your first deviation?
I'm not sure if this is my first, but I posted this pretty early in my deviantART days.
It even still has some random copyright thing I put in the lower corner. I should probably fix t
Tag: Music
So, literally months ago (in June!), artsytarts (https://www.deviantart.com/artsytarts) tagged me in her music tag journal. After moving the sticky note around my desk for so long, I finally remembered to do it when I have a few minutes of free time. So, here we are!
RULES:
YOU CAN TELL A LOT ABOUT SOMEONE BY THE TYPE OF MUSIC THEY LISTEN TO. Uh oh. HIT SHUFFLE ON YOUR IPOD, PHONE, ITUNES, MEDIA PLAYER ETC. Spotify AND WRITE DOWN THE FIRST 20 SONGS. THEN PASS THIS ON TO 10 PEOPLE, if you'd like - ONE RULE: NO SKIPPING

404: Subscription gone
If you have dropped by my profile you'll already know that I no longer have a premium subscription. The month's sub previously bestowed upon me was from the Holiday Card Project, and it's unlikely I will be purchasing another in the immediate future. So as to the state of my profile: it may be in the rough-ish shape it is in now for awhile, but eventually I'll either fix it up or get a premium to restore some custom boxes. I will also be working on things such as current beta(s) and submissions.
In the meantime, it's probably best to just browse by profile tabs, and if you're looking for something that was previously on my page and can't fin

I totally agree with you on the dA community. This is the most chilled-out and friendly place on the internet. And the reason for that is because everybody on here is very creative and wants to make things. And people encourage one another. I think without dA I would draw half as much.
I'm looking forward to your submissions so much! It's great to have you back
